At YCYW, we are all lifelong learners. The school supports staff in pursuing graduate-level programmes and courses and works with individual team members to facilitate participation in: external educational conferences and training, targeted classroom observations, visits to other schools, and more. As our academic team and educators continue to grow and advance, they in turn inspire and accelerate learning in our students.

They are not only practitioners of Yew Chung Yew Wah's education philosophy, but also a positive and collective effort behind the progress of education.
The integration of Chinese and Western cultures across the school is achieved through our unique Co-Principal and Co-Teaching models. We recruit qualified and experienced international teachers from around the world, including Australia, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, South Africa, the UK, the US. Equally qualified Chinese teachers come with extensive experience in education.
